How to Warm Up Facebook Accounts (Avoid Checkpoints)

Whether you bought fresh clones or aged Via, a good warm-up routine keeps accounts alive longer and reduces checkpoints. Follow these steps before you run ads.

  1. Secure the account first. Right after purchase, change the password via the official Facebook link and confirm the recovery email. Download your order data immediately.
  2. Attach a quality recovery mail. Use a TRUSTED Hotmail/Outlook, not a throwaway. A strong recovery mail makes recovery and trust far easier.
  3. Keep a consistent, clean IP/device. Log in from a stable IP (one account per profile/proxy). Mixing many accounts on one IP is the fastest way to a checkpoint.
  4. Go slow the first 2–3 days. Browse the feed, like a few posts, join a group. Do NOT spam, add many friends, or post links immediately.
  5. Fill the profile gradually. Add an avatar, basic info and a few friends over several days — not all at once.
  6. Don't change everything at once. Avoid changing name, location and adding a card the same day — sudden changes trigger security checks.
  7. Warm up before ads. Let the account settle for a few days before creating a BM or running ads. Patience = fewer bans.
Tip: Start with quality accounts. Aged, verified accounts warm up faster and survive longer than random cheap ones.
